Group X is Personal training conducted in a group, so the cost is much lower than hiring a private one-on-one personal trainer.
New sessions begin approximately every 5 weeks throughout the year.

GROUP X was designed to be affordable. For $60/week ($300 paid in full), you can participate in as many workouts as you desire for the duration of your session. Each workout is supervised by your Group X personal trainer AND you will also get Kris’ own Fat Loss meal plan (with recipes)! Yup, you’re getting a personal trainer for $20 bucks per workout, and you’ll learn exactly what to eat to achieve your best results!
*All returning Group X alumni are welcome to continue participating at a discounted rate of $54/week ($270 paid in full)! We love our GroupXer family!!
