Kris created A POSITIV SPIN ON LIFE in hopes that it would provide more than just a wicked good calorie burning workout. On top of it's physical benefits, POSITIV SPIN also aims to focus your mind, helping to provide clarity and motivation to help reach your personal goals, especially outside the gym.

(Kris incorporates the self-motivating techniques that she found most effective while she was in the throws of her personal fight with cancer.)

POSITIV SPIN is a 60-minute indoor cycling class that incorporates high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training and positive mind focus.  All while being immersed in motivational, fun, high-energy music from Kris' purposely assembled playlist. Each and every song is selected for it's specific positive message... 

Beginner?

Don't worry, every POSITIV SPIN class always includes easier variations to help get you started.  It doesn't take long though... you'll be riding like a pro faster than you think!

POSITIV SPIN has got you covered! Kris will lead you through heavy hills, sprints, jogs, leg drills, and more... All built on a base of high intensity interval training.
