This deal is for one month of 3 times per week personal training sessions (12 sessions total) for you and two or more friends together! These are full one hour custom fat burning workouts! The more friends you bring, the lower the cost per person!
These sessions are designed for three or more people to train with Kris at the same time. Kris can train you at your location or at Kris' studio. These sessions are also highly effective when conducted at your local gym**. But... we need to be sure your gym will allow a cool, outside trainer like Kris to train you there first...
Supervised custom workout designed for you and at least two other people at the same time
Workouts will vary, but may include body weight exercises, dumbbells, barbells, machines, bands, TRX, etc
A meal plan/diet
Mindset focus work and help with creating new habits to support your goals
Support & motivation
All 12 sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase or they will be forfeited
**Some gyms/health clubs do not allow outside personal trainers. Others may have their own pre-set personal training rates that we will have to abide by. Ask Kris and she can verify if additional costs will be associated with training in your local gym.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Session must be used within 60 days of purchase or will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy: Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer via voice, text or email will result in a session loss.
